We have a strict documentation procedure to examine the supplier’s basic qualification. Business License, Factory Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate as well as other required product’s documents such as DMF, GMP, COS and etc. will be all checked carefully and proved through local government or relevant departments. 
Built on relations with over 6,000 suppliers globally, Watson-Int is always trying to know the potential supplier as clearly as possible. Though no all suppliers are in our connections, we can access more information with the help of those familiar companies or individuals. We believe mutual understanding is the first step of cooperation.

Based on the sourcing experience, Watson-Int built up a rating system inside to evaluate the integrity risk of fine chemical companies. Watson integrity ratings express the Watson’s opinions about the ability and willingness of a market participant, such as a supplier or a buyer, to meet its obligations in full and on time. The ratings are generally based on the survey of contract compliance, taking into consideration capability of synthesis route plan, the capacity of control over quality and lead time, the handling of abrupt changes, and the dealing with breach of the contract and so on. This system is the most important reference for our sourcing service, which we believe will also be much valuable for us to choose the right suppliers for our clients.
