Three steps to buy chemicals in special offers.

Since the stock in special offers may change every day, please check with us before purchasing.
- To check the availability, specifications and price, you can email by contact@watson-int.com, stating CAS number, product name and required quantity, as well as indicating in the subject ”Special Offer Inquiry” which ensures of a quick identification of your need and a fast reply.
- You can also speak to our service staff online for confirmation during our working hours (0:30-9:30 GMT).
2. Email back to confirm your purchase
If specifications and price are both accepted and your inquired product is still available after checking, please send back an email by contact@watson-int.com, subjected “Purchase Confirmation” with the product’s CAS number, name and quantity as well as mentioning your preferred payment method.
- If the total amount is no more than USD780, you can pay either by PayPal (You can also use credit card with PayPal) or by wire transfer.
- If it exceeds USD780, only wire transfer is accepted.
3. Pay for the product
After receiving your “Purchase Confirmation”, an automatic reply with purchase details and payment information will be generated and sent back to your original email address. Please arrange payment within 2 working days and send back the payment voucher along with your delivery address. Then we will ship the product within 7 working days after receiving cleared payment and provide tracking number
- The payment voucher may be bank receipt by wire transfer, screenshot by PayPal or other documents which can verify the payment. It is used to shorten the lead time, for we can prepare necessary documents for shipment and export in advance before payment confirmed.
- Your delivery address should include at least address details, recipient’s name, telephone number and ZIP code.

Q: Does the price include shipping cost? What is the regular shipping method?
A: The price we quoted includes the shipping cost by EMS (Door to Door), our strategic partner in China. If you need us to ship it by other express, please specially mention it in your “Check availability, specifications and price” email, then we will quote you price accordingly.
Q: Why do I need to pay within 2 working days? What if I pay later than 2 working days after receiving your automatic reply?
A: We usually hold the stock for another 2 working days after the “automatic reply” is sent. If it is beyond that limit without special explanation, the material will be open again to other customers and may be sold out.
If you pay later but we still have the material in stock, we can ship it as normal. If the stock runs out but you have paid, we can pay back within 2 working days after you ask for it by email. Or we may suggest you a lead time and price for custom synthesis. |
