Trimethylol ethane (TME) is a unique multifunctional neopentane-structured polyol with three highly reactive hydroxyl groups. The neopentane structure provides excellent stability, improved heat, light, hydrolysis and oxidation properties; and has excellent weather resistance, gloss and chemical resistance.

Application

Mainly used in the production of organic materials such as polyester, polyurethane, alkyd resin, epoxy resin, high solid resin, reducible resin, powder coating resin and silicone modified resin; Lubricants, inks, plasticizers, special explosives production; also used as a coating of titanium dioxide and so on.
